Recommendation
The archive videos are originally stored at Junction Server or any other network devices (if provided). Central server buffers the archive videos from the junction server whenever required. So if the videos are taking long time to load, then kindly check the network connectivity between the two servers. And if the network is also looks fine, then check the database speed in the junction server.
