In Windows Server Machine
Please STOP the running IVMS services on the server machines before following the below steps.
Select the "SmartAlert.exe" service from task manager and click it as "End Process tree" to stop the services.
STEP 1: Copy the new activation.v2a file shared by VTPL and then go to C -Drive of server.
STEP 2: Enter the IVMSProServer or IVMS folder (shown below)
STEP 3: Inside the IVMSProServer or IVMS folder replace the existing activation.v2a file with the new activation.v2a file shared by Videonetics Support Team.
STEP 4: Now you RESTART the servers to re-login the client application.
