Central server receiving all the events but the events doesn’t showing any images. However if we check the Junction server, events are showing the images.

Recommendation

Check the server storage, and provide storage space for the VMS. Whenever the Central server receives any events from the Junction server, it saves the images in its own storage. If no storage available for it's own use, then it doesn’t not store and show the images.
