Camera - Able to ping but cannot view in VMS application

Try playing the stream using the VLC media player

To get the stream details perform the below acition:

1. Open Database, goto to 'v_channel' table of ivms_30 database
2. Find camera details search through camera ID or IP.
3. Copy Major, Minor and Analytics urls.
4. Open VLC player -> Go to Media -> Open Network Stream -> Paste URL's, one by on and play.
5. If the VLC player is unable to play the stream, then check camera, it will be camera streaming problem
6. If the VLC can play those streams The reason could be that the live stream doesn't have sufficient bandwidth to support it and to send frames as per existing settings. In that case check the camera settings, set proper fps and bit rate as per your underlying network.
