Issue mostly happens in two cases ,are
1. Live Case : Ensure the SmartAlert services & Java services should be running on the Media Servers and all the Media servers are Logged IN .
2. Archive Case : First Check the bit rate, resolution , frame rate and Live Stream Decode Type with other existing camera . Network Connectivity should be continuous without data loss . Clip size should not be variable bytes . Stop the and Java Services & START these again .
